It is indeed my privilege to be amidst you, in this historic Darbar Hall to participate in today’s award Ceremony.
1. It is really happy occasion for me to be present amidst you today for conferring the prestigious National Awards & Shilp Guru Awards to outstanding master craftspersons for the years 2012, 2013 & 2014.
I am happy to be amongst all of you today in this energetic and vibrant atmosphere generated by your overwhelming participation in this Festival of Energy ‘Umang 2015’. At the outset, I compliment the Education Department of Govt.
1. I am happy to be present here at this closing ceremony of the bicentenary celebrations of the Diocese of Calcutta, Church of North India. At the outset, let me congratulate this historic institution on completing two hundred years of its fruitful journey of service and commitment to the city of Kolkata and to the society at large.
1.I am honoured to deliver the Indira Gandhi Memorial Lecture of the Asiatic Society for the year 2013. I am grateful to the members of the Council as well as members of the Advisory Board of the Asiatic Society for inviting me to deliver this Lecture.
It is indeed an honour for me to receive the Garwood Award for "Outstanding Global Leadership in Open Innovation” from the prestigious UC Berkeley-Haas School of Business. The UC Berkeley University has generated more Nobel Laureates till date, than any other university of the world. It is a privilege to be associated with the first public university of the world established in 1868, which has consistently ranked overall Fourth. The Haas School of Business is second oldest business school, ranked One for generating Tech CEOs and remains one of the top ten schools in the world.
1. I am indeed very happy to have this opportunity of being present amidst you for the Convocation Ceremony of 96th Degree Engineering and 24thTechnical Entry Scheme courses. At the outset, I would like to compliment all the Graduating Officers for the successful completion of the course.
1. I am happy to be here today to attend the second annual convocation of the Central University of Karnataka. It is one of the sixteen central universities started in 2009.
I am delighted to be here today on this historic occasion.
