I am indeed delighted to participate in the inauguration of the centenary celebrations of Anjuman Education Institutions, Hubli, which is imparting professional education from nursery level to post graduation level through is thirteen institutions spread across Hubli, offering value based education for the students of Hubli and also others through distance education mode.

Manipal which is considered as the hub of higher education particularly, Medical education and Engineering is a blessed town. RURAL PROSPERITY : CHALLENGES
I am delighted to inaugurate the Computer Learning Centre of the Self Employed Women's Association of Ahmedabad. The concept of training rural women in hi-tech areas particularly computers and machinery is indeed very important. I am happy to know the various initiatives of SEWA, which is the largest women's union spread over seven states. I appreciate the contributions of SEWA for empowering the rural women.
