I am very happy to be in the midst of the people belonging to the village Manjunathapura. Your desire to improve the quality of life in your village is indeed beautiful. BAIF is indeed a partner for you in your collective efforts to raise yourselves above the poverty line. The partnership of farmers and extension personnel has contributed well. I consider that this model can be replicated across the nation.

I am very happy to participate in the FUREC Special lecture. My greetings and respects to the spiritual leaders, particularly His Holiness Jagadguru Sri Shivarathri Deshi-kendra Swamiji, His Holiness Jagadguru Sri Bala-ganga-dhar-natha Swamiji, Dr. Y.S. Rajan, other dignitaries and all the members who have assembled here. I have selected the topic for the FUREC Special lecture, "What can I give?"

I am happy to be here today to inaugurate the Gommateshwar Bhagawan Sri Bahubali Mahamastakabhisheka Mahotsava - 2006. My greetings to His Holiness Shanti Sagar Muni Maharaj, His Holiness Charu Keerti Bhattaraka Swamiji, His Holiness Acharya Shree Vidhya-nandhaji Maharaj, Dr. Veerendra Heggade, Dharmadhikari of Sri Kshetra, Dharmasthala, distinguished guests and other participants.
