Important areas of actions are education, healthcare, water supply sanitation , power, roads. We cannot say that India is developed unless all our villages are developed. For all these your cooperation and contribution is essential. For this the village panchayat need to play an important role.

President meets 96 yrs old MP

President received a letter stating that Shri. Ramachandra veerapa, Honourable member of Loksabha, 96 yrs old, is ailing in Gangaram hospital and he desired to meet the President.

He is a member of the 14th Loksabha and has been elected to the house continuously for 8 times.

President visited and met Shri. Ramachandra Veerapa at Gangaram hospital on 12 June 2004 and wished him fast recovery. President also enquired about possible medical care for the Honorable MP from the specialist doctors.
