I am very happy to visit Vietnam and to meet the leaders and the people of this great country. I am delighted to be here today with members of the Indian community, who have all been participating in the rapid economic transformation of Vietnam.

I am happy to visit the Birla Children Village. I am glad that this institution is playing a great role in bringing up and providing sustenance for the future generation. Children are the future and we have to teach them values and how to be responsible individuals.
