"Team creates environment Environment motivates the team" I am indeed delighted to be here in the midst of the members of Rashtrapati Bhavan community with their families. May I thank the Officers, Staffs and their families particularly the children who have given full-fledged partnership for developing the Rashtrapati Bhavan during the last five years. Rashtrapati Bhavan has been nurtured continuously and progressively in many areas by the past ten distinguished Presidents, preceding me.

The President of Mali Meets the President
The President of the Republic of Mali, H.E. Mr. Amadou Toumani Toure' met the President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil at Rashtrapati Bhavan on January 11, 2012. Later the President hosted a Banquet in honour of the visiting Head of State and his spouse, Mrs. Toure' Lobbo Traore'.
Nine Envoys Present their Credentials to the President
Nine envoys presented their credentials to the President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil at a ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan on January 12, 2012. The Envoys who presented their credentials were from: - the United Kingdom, Burkina Faso, the European Union, Angola, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Monaco, Mauritius and Mauritania.

The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil hosted Heads of Diplomatic Missions at the Mughal Gardens of Rashtrapati Bhavan on January 23, 2012 on the occasion of the upcoming Republic Day. The Vice-President of India, Shri Hamid Ansari and the Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh were also present on the occasion.

The Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, H.E. Ms. Yingluck Shinawatra called-on the President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil at Rashtrapati Bhavan on January 25, 2012. The visiting Prime Minister is the Chief Guest at this year's Republic Day Parade.
The President Meets Children who won National Bravery Awards
The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil met children who won the National Bravery Awards and their parents at Rashtrapati Bhavan on January 25, 2012. Some of the children received the awards posthumously. The award winners numbered 24 from 15 states.
The President Hosts 'At Home' on the Occasion of the 63rd Republic Day
The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil hosted an 'At Home' at the Mughal Gardens of Rashtrapati Bhavan on January 26, 2012 on the occasion of the 63rd Republic Day. The Chief Guest at this year's Republic Day Celebrations, the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Thailand, H.E. Ms. Yingluck Shinawatra also attended the function.
