How can we control our mind?

By fixing a higher goal with indomitable spirit to achieve something beyond us will enable to control our minds and contribute towards a larger cause. Societal missions of bringing happiness to the helpless also enable us to control our minds. Continuous work and right type of thinking is a means of controlling minds. Also failure and problems should not derail a person. We should defeat the problem instead of problem defeating us.
