We have to maintain a balanced development between rural India and the urban India. We should create a knowledge society using our core competence in various sectors such as ICT and Biotechnology. For rapid economic development it is essential that a citizen-centric approach to evolution of business policy, creation of young and dynamic leaders, user-driven technology generation and intensified industry-lab-academy linkages have to be focused.
