The ideal rate of growth of population should be 1.1 per 1000 per annum. Some of our States have achieved this rate. This is possible through education of girls. 560 million young people in our country, their minds should be ignited. The young have to start a movement for a prosperous, safe and happy India. We will have a developed India by 2020.
