President's Greetings on the Occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti

The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, has sent her greetings to fellow countrymen on the occasion of Guru Nanak Jayanti which is being celebrated tomorrow.

In a message, the President has said, "On the auspicious occasion of the birthday of Guru Nanak Devji, I extend my greetings and good wishes to all my fellow citizens.

Guru Nanak Devji's message of universal harmony, unity and human concord is ever relevant and eternal. Let us on this day resolve to follow the path laid down by him and work to strengthen the bonds of unity and mutual goodwill among people".
