President of India to Visit Bihar on February 15 and 16

The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil will undertake her first visit to Bihar since she assumed office. The President shall be in the state from February 15th to 16th.
During her two-day visit, Smt. Patil will address and attend the 1st Inter University Cultural Festival hosted by Magadh University at Bodh Gaya on February 15th. The President will also launch the, "Mukhyamantri Kanya Vivah Yojna" and inaugurate and address the International Conference on Hyperthermia. Both events will be in Patna.
During the tour, the President shall also visit places of historical importance at Nalanda, Bodh Gaya and Vaishali, as well as Gurudwara Patna Sahib in Patna.
