President Congratulates Vishwanathan Anand for Winning World Title

The President, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil has congratulated Shri Vishwanathan Anand on his becoming the world chess champion. In a message to Shri Anand, the President has said, " We are proud that you are not only a Grandmaster but now the World Champion for the second time. Your feat has brought joy and pride to all Indians. I wish you further success in the future."
