President Congratulates Jhulan Goswami

The President, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil has congratulated the Indian Woman Cricketer, Ms. Jhulan Goswami on winning the International Cricket Council's, 'Cricketer of the Year' award. The President has said that the award will be a special milestone for women's cricket in India and the nation is proud of her achievement.
