President Congratulates ISRO Team on the Successful Launch of INSAT-4CR

The President, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, has congratulated the scientists, engineers, technologists and all others of Indian Space Research Organisaton involved with the successful launch of the INSAT-4CR communication satellite into orbit from Sriharikota yesterday. In a congratulatory message to Shri G. Madhavan Nair, Chairman of ISRO, the President has said, "I congratulate you on the successful launch of the INSAT-4CR communications satellite into orbit from Shriharikota yesterday. This satellite is another significant milestone for further development of our indigenous communication systems. Millions of our citizens will be its beneficiaries.
