President Condoles the Death of Devendra Nath Dwivedi

The President of India, Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, has condoled the passing away of Shri Devendra Nath Dwiedi, the Governor-Designate of Gujarat.

In a condolence message to Smt. Vidya Dwivedi, the President has said, "I am deeply saddened to hear about the passing away of Shri Devendra Nath Dwiedi. He was a veteran lawyer and a Parliamentarian. In his death, the nation has lost a distinguished public figure".
