President Accepts Resignation of Meira Kumar

The President of India, as advised by the Prime Minister of India, has accepted the resignation of Smt. Meira Kumar, Minister of Water Resources, from the Council of Ministers, with immediate effect and further directed that the charge of Minister of Water Resources will be looked after by the Prime Minister.
