The President of India Shri Pranab Mukherjee will attend a function organized by the Kerala Government and the Kerala Cartoon Academy to pay homage to Cartoonist late Shri PKS Kutty on his first death anniversary on October 29, 2012 at Rashtrapati Bhavan Auditorium.

The President will receive a book of caricatures from the Kerala Cartoon Academy and view an exhibition of cartoons and caricatures.

The Chief Minister of Kerala, Shri Oommen Chandy, the Minister of Culture Shri KC Joseph and eminent cartoonists from across the country will participate in the function.
