President of India Shri Pranab Mukherjee will visit Karnataka on October 11, 2012 for the inauguration of the newly constructed Suvarna Soudha Building in Belgaum.

The President will address the Karnataka Legislature and give away the Jnanpith award to Dr. Chandrashekhar Kambar. The President will also attend the Bhoomi Pujan of the Swami Vivekananda Value Education and Cultural Centre, Belgaum.

The President returns to New Delhi the same evening.
