President’s Vaisakhi Greetings

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee in his message on the eve of Vaisakhi has said: -

"On the joyous occasion of Vaisakhi, I extend warm greetings and felicitations to all my fellow citizens, particularly those engaged in cultivation and agriculture.

Vaisakhi celebrates the sweat and toil of our farmers who bring good harvests and happiness to our homes.

Let us on this day, show gratitude to Mother Earth and pledge to protect nature for its best blessings on our lives. On this happy occasion, let us share our happiness with one and all, especially those who are in need. Let us resolve to re-double our efforts to contribute to the nation’s prosperity, unity and fraternity”.
