"On the auspicious occasion of Vishu, Rongali Bihu, Vaiskhadi, Bahag Bihu, Puthandu Pirappu, Naba Barsha, I extend my greetings and good wishes to all my fellow citizens.
These festivals celebrated in different parts of the country mark the auspicious beginning of the New Year. Let us on these joyous occasions move ahead with renewed hopes for national prosperity and welfare.
May the celebration of these festivals further reinforce the unity of our people and strengthen the pluralistic heritage of the nation”.
