President of India to Deliver Twentieth Justice Sunanda Bhandare Memorial Lecture

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee will deliver the twentieth Justice Sunanda Bhandare Memorial Lecture on the topic ‘Women as Agentsof Change’ on November 12, 2014 at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.
Shri Justice H.L. Dattu, Chief Justice of India will be the Chief Guest and the function will be presided over by Smt. Justice G. Rohini, Chief Justice of Delhi High Court.
