President of India to Deliver a Memorial Lecture in Honour of Late Shri Arjun Singh Tomorrow

The President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee will deliver a memorial lecture in honour of late Shri Arjun Singh, former Union Minister tomorrow (April 9, 2016) at Nehru Memorial Museum Auditorium, Teen Murti, New Delhi.

The memorial lecture is being organized by the Arjun Singh Sadbhavana Foundation in association with Madhya Pradesh Foundation. The Arjun Singh Sadbhavana Foundation was set up in February 2016, five years after passing away of Shri Arjun Singh. Its areas of focus include gender sensitization, women's empowerment and literacy and economic independence among the tribals, the poor and the needy.

The Arjun Singh Sadbhavana Foundation has been established by Shri Arjun Singh’s daughter, Smt. Veena Singh. Shri Moti Lal Vora, Mrs. Mohsina Kidwai, Shri Kamal Nath, Shri Digvijay Singh, Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia and spouse of Shri Arjun Singh, Mrs. Saroj Kumari are the Trustees.
