There are three types of education. a. Primary Education: A bill has been enacted providing for compulsory and free education for all up to the age of 14. b. In the Secondary education, I understand nearly 80% of our eligible students enroll. c. For higher education, banks have been directed by our Finance Bill 2004 to provide loan assistance for economically weaker sections. d. As I have been stressing on all forums, every young student of the country should teach atleast 10 persons how to read and write. This will make our nation's other 37% of population also literate very soon. Many Governmental and Non governmental organizations are also working with special emphasis at the level of pre-school and primary education to prevent school dropouts.
