We should not be worried with some amount of brain drain taking place in the country. Our professional colleges are producing three hundred thousand engineers and the medical professionals every year. If 10% of them go out to different countries, we are not going to suffer. Their connectivity with families and their institutions will definitely enrich our working system. It is also essential for us to improve the infrastructure available in our laboratories to enable the Scientist to carry out state-of-the art research in India itself. This is already taking place in many of our laboratories.
