NEW GOVERNORS OF GOA, MAHARASHTRA AND MANIPUR APPOINTED

The President has been pleased to make the following appointments:

1. Dr. Shivinder Singh Sidhu, Governor of Manipur, transferred and appointed as Governor of Goa for the remainder of his term vice Shri S.C. Jamir.

2. Shri S.C. Jamir, Governor of Goa, transferred and appointed as Governor of Maharashtra for the remainder of his term.

3. Shri Gurbachan Jagat as Governor of Manipur vice Dr. Shivinder Singh Sidhu.
